Refund & Return Policy
At Michi’s, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and cancellation policy is limited as below.
1. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation or modification is not possible.
2. Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns. If the product is damaged, melted, or incorrect, contact support@michis.in within 24 hours with photos.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not issued for wrong addresses, missed deliveries, or tampered products.
