Return Policy

Returns are accepted under the following criteria:

1. Damaged or shortage of products: If any pouch or jar is received torn or broken.
2. Manufacturing Defects: If any product exhibits packaging or quality related issues.
3. Quality inferiority: If any product tastes abnormal or is expired, or if other quality-related issues arise.

No exchanges or refunds will be provided outside of the above circumstances. If your order meets any of the criteria mentioned above, kindly take photos of the product, and share them with customercare@michis.in. Our team will contact you for further processing and do the needfull to solve your issue.
